Reece James

Reece is a Youth Development Mentor and the Creative Director for Leeds Wellbeing Project CIC, combining his passion for supporting young people with his expertise in design, branding and digital media.

Working directly with participants, Reece provides mentoring and wellbeing support while helping young people build confidence, resilience and healthy coping strategies. His calm, approachable nature enables him to develop genuine relationships with those he supports, creating safe spaces where young people feel listened to and valued.

As Creative Director, Reece is responsible for the organisation’s visual identity, marketing campaigns, educational resources and digital content, ensuring our messaging remains engaging, professional and accessible to young people, schools and partners alike.
