Elijah leads on business development, partnerships and organisational growth, helping Leeds Wellbeing Project CIC build sustainable relationships with schools, local authorities, businesses and funding partners.

With extensive experience in youth engagement and community development, Elijah is passionate about creating opportunities that allow young people to thrive regardless of their background or circumstances. He works closely with partners to develop innovative projects that improve mental health, increase access to support and strengthen local communities.

His strategic approach ensures the organisation continues to grow while remaining focused on delivering meaningful impact for the young people it serves.
